This notice relates to the abandoned shipping container and its contents
left on the Glebe Land at the end and west side of Church Lane
MK45 4LA.

On behalf of St. Nicholas Parochial Church Council we hereby serve a
28 day notice period from the 5th January to the owners of the
above mentioned property.

In the event of the owners fail to make contact with the Churchwardens
or officials of St. Nicholas Church by the end of the notice period, with
the intention to remove their property from the Land mentioned above.
St. Nicholas Parochial Church Council will then take the following
actions:

At no recourse to St. Nicholas Parochial Church Council will arrange for
the removal and disposal of the above said items. The owners will still
be liable for all reasonable costs for the disposal of their property.

Also in this event St. Nicholas Church Parochial Church Council will
deduct costs from any proceeds of the sale of the above mentioned
abandoned property.

This Notice will be displayed on, all Barton Parish Council Notice
Boards, St. Nicholas Church Notice Board, St. Nicholas Church web
site and Face book page. Also at the entrance of the land mentioned
above.
