There will be 38 decorated trees displayed in shops, schools, and front windows or gardens of houses in the village the weekend of 5th and 6th December and they will be lit from 11 am to 6 pm.
The Prayer/Message tree will be the only tree in Church, which will be open 2-3.30pm. To follow the trail, please use this trail map and list giving details of the trees, which can be downloaded and printed. For those without internet access, paper copies will be available in labelled boxes at 14 Bedford Road, 2 Manor Farm Close and 18 Windsor Road.
There will be photos of all the trees in an online gallery on the church website as soon as this can be arranged.
Trees will be judged and the results given on the website. Tickets for the Grand Draw will be on sale from 1st – 18th December in the Post Office, Pudding Shop and Purrfect Pets, with the draw taking place on Sunday 20th December.
There is no charge to take part in the trail, which we hope you will enjoy. To make a donation to St Nicholas Church, please use the online collection plate.
